
Ibrahim Maalouf -is a French-Lebanese trumpeter, composer, and producer celebrated for his genre-defying music and mastery of the quarter-tone trumpet, an instrument modified by his father to play Arabic maqams.
He studied at the prestigious Conservatoire de Paris and has collaborated with global artists from Sting to Angélique Kidjo.
In 2022, he became the first Lebanese instrumentalist to be nominated for a Grammy for his album Queen of Sheba.
He is also known for selling out France’s largest concert hall, Accor Arena, in 2016.
